- Product Details: Made of fluoroplastic. Together with the BOLA Distributors for Barrels, the membranes allow easy sterile drawing or filling of liquids. The ambient air necessary for pressure compensation is suck through a 2.5µm membrane made of pure This means that almost all impurities like e.g. particles of dust or dirt are filtered out. The extremely quick pressure compensation already starts at a differential pressure of 0,1 bar. This avoids overpressure or vacuum in the vessel. The filter membranes for pressure compensation are screwed tightly on the GL thread socket by means of a screw cap and a gasket (see item number N 1698-..).
