- Product Details: Made only of fluoroplastic - without any sealing materials exposed to the medium. These single-stage flow filters are suitable for vacuum and pressure, resistant to virtually all chemicals and do not release any trace elements into the filtrate. Due to the fact that the swivel nut is made of (glass-fiber reinforced) ETFE, this flow filter withstands temperatures up to max. +160°C. After disassembly of the flow filter, the filtering membrane is easily interchangeable by means of a lateral groove. These flow filters can be connected with fluoroplastic tubing or with plastic, glass or metal tubes under vacuum or overpressure (max. 150 kPa (1.5 bar)) by means of functional screw joints. The non-adhesive surface of the fluoroplastic (PFA) allows easy cleaning of these flow filters. Thus, they have a long working life. (Supplied without filtering membrane.)
