- Product Details: This construction provides an extremely strong mixing of the product. The powerful magnetic stirring bars provide an ideal transmission of the magnetic force of the stirrer to the stirring bars. The bore in the middle is for a bearing neck (to be ordered separately) which ensures the center position of the Tandem Magnetic Stirring Bar. Due to the reduction of the running surface to a ring, the friction is minimized and the lifespan gets longer. The magnetic stirring bars do not touch the bottom of the vessel and therefore do not wear. You can use a glass bearing neck (available at your glass blower) or the BOLA bearing neck (see item below).
