Diaphragm
Vacuum Gauges use capacitive or piezo resistive
pressure transducers consisting of a silicon diaphragm and
strain
gauges to measure
pressure. Digital and analog display is presented on the
LCD screen. Electrodes do not come into contact with the
measured gas and are thus protected from corrosion.

Pirani
Vacuum Gauges use
the thermal conductivity of gas
( Pirani Principle) to measure
pressures to 10-3 mbar. Pirani gauges measure
the total pressure of the gas, however the pressure is dependent
on the type of gas. The instruments are calibrated for air
N2. |

Vacuum Controllers are
fully electronic combined gauges and controllers. They allow precise
setting of vacuum and control automatic valves. With the Vacuubrand VARIO
series pumps, controllers control the pump motor speed for efficient
and precise process control.

Explosion
Proof Vacuum Gauges are fully electronic
gauges, certified by ATEX as category 2 (for use in zone
1) and by ATEX as category 1 (for use in zone 0 ). The gauges
are for use in demanding conditions, they are fully enclosed,
have splash proof covers and are battery operated. Explosion
proof gauges are not available in the USA

The
Vacuubrand DKD calibration laboratory offers calibration and certification
of vacuum gauges. Regulated and accredited by the German Calibration
Service (DKD) it meets International standards for testing laboratories
ISO/TEC 17025. The laboratory also meets the requirements of ISO
9000 and ISO 10012. |
