	Chemistry Hybrid Pump is a two stage rotary vane pump backed by a two stage chemistry diaphragm pump that is designed to reduce condensation by continuously cleaning the pump oil. An anti corrosion design, low maintenance pump that dramatically reduces the frequency of oil changes and achieves an ultimate vacuum pressure of 2 x 10-3 mbar ( 1.5 x 10-3 Torr )
	Rotary Vane Pump Accessories provided to protect rotary vane pumps inside and outside the pump. For inlet, the pumps can be protected by cold traps to recover solvents and separators to eliminate harmful particles and condensates. On the outlet side, oil mist separators eliminate release of pump oil vapor to the environment. Full flow oil filters are used to separate micro particles from the pump oil
