HEATED REACTION VESSELS
KGW - ISOTHERM has expanded its program of reaction vessel accessories. Adjustable, stationary and mobile support frames have been added to the range. A magnetic stirrer coupling and a ceramic mechanical seal are now available.

SAFETY COUPLINGS
Removal and connection of cold traps and tempering beakers is easier and safer due the new screw on "olive" couplings. KGW ISOTHERM's KF 29 Cold traps and the T and GL range of tempering beakers now come with the simple screw on connectors.

In order to arise the safety during the installation and re-installation of connecting hoses to cold traps and tempering beakers there are two new products at the KGW - ISOTHERM product range. The connecting hoses can be removed from the cold trap type KF 29 GL and the tempering beakers type T - GL quick and save. Only the screw coupling with Olive has to be screwed off the thick-walled glass thread.

New product range of glass cryostats for liquid nitrogen and for liquid helium. A large number of standard cryostats with and without protective covering as well as a varied program of accessories are rounding up this special field of cryogenics.

Karlsruhe Glastechnisches Werk (KGW) has been manufacturing high quality glass laboratory apparatus for more than 50 years. Located in the Southern German city of Karlsruhe, KGW Isotherm markets its products world-wide and has an enviable reputation for innovative design, craftsmanship and high quality.

Modern production methods blend with the traditional skill of the glass blower. CAD is utilized in design and manufacturing to ensure accurate serial products and highly cost effective customization.

Processes are monitored by calibrated vacuum measuring equipment and furnace temperature control systems. He-leakage-detectors and a compression testing system with a calibrated reading device, contribute to high product quality.

Besides the production of more than 200 different Dewar vessels and cryo-vessels for liquid gases and other cooling agents, the KGV Isotherm manufactures low temperature cooling systems for temperatures down to - 180° C. The company manufactures more than 360 different glass reaction vessels, vacuum-insulated columns and heat protection devices for data measuring logs for a temperature range of - 100° C to + 600° C.

In addition to the fabrication of serial products, KGV Isotherm has a glass blowing workshop for the production of customer specific vessels and glass parts constructed in single units.
