Company Overviw BOHLENDER has over 30 years experience in polymer
engineering and fluoroplastics. The company's products are manufactured
from high-quality fluoroplastics and through design and process control
are of the highest quality.
Bohlender produces both semi finished and finished products at it's facilities in Grünsfeld, Germany located between Würzburg and Heilbronn.. Over the years Bohlender's technical staff has accumulated considerable experience in production of semi finished items on fully automatic machines and final finishing on the latest CNC-machines. History & Experience
Founded in 1959 as a part time business, Bohlender moved into the former locksmith's workshop "Adam Bohlender", which had become vacant, and employs the first worker in 1970. During the same year the company decided to specialize in manufacturing of the new high quality fluoroplastics, Teflon and Hostaflon. At the international fair ACHEMA- in Frankfurt in
1979. Bohlender presented the first distillation
apparatus entirely made of Teflon (4000 ml). BOLA-Quality-products are
accepted and used in the research centers worldwide
Growing steadily over the next 20 years, Bohlender decided to build its own purpose manufacturing facilities; after only 8 months of construction BOHLENDER moved to the new building on the Waltersberg in Grünsfeld. On an area of approx. 30,000 sq ft there is a large production area , warehouse, administration and social rooms and an apprentice training shop
